The Therapeutic Manual IV Edition involves resuming a project that, despite the great acceptance of previous editions, was forgotten for too many years.

It is a book made by and for residents , with the tutoring and support of an adjunct doctor, who provides the complement of experience in clinical practice.

The chapters have been conveniently updated and new ones have been incorporated in order to complete previous editions.

The digital edition in APP format aims to facilitate its dissemination without giving up the classic philosophy of the work: to be a tool for immediate consultation in medical care, which we hope will be as useful for residents and young assistants as The previous editions were for us.

Finally, we want to thank the authors for their enthusiasm and the work done. We also want to thank the support of Ediciones Universidad de Salamanca, which has once again put all its means at our disposal, and especially the effort made by the Official College of Physicians of Salamanca, which from the first moment has opted for this project.

Manual endorsed by the Teaching Commission of the University Assistance Complex of Salamanca
