Hive with AI (board game)

Hive is a board recreation from John Yianni with a difference. There is no board! The pieces are added to the taking part in area thus creating the board. As increasingly items are added the sport becomes a battle to see who can be the first to capture the opposing Queen Bee.

The soldier ants battle to keep management of the surface of the hive, while the Beetles climb up to dominate the highest. Spiders shifting into holding positions as the Grass Hoppers leap in for the kill. Keeping one eye on the hive and the other in your opponents reserves, the tension builds as one incorrect move will see your Queen Bee rapidly engulfed... game over!

The primary options of this application are:

-Ability to play towards Artificial Intelligence with 6 Computer levels. The professional degree is really challenging and solely advanced players should be able to beat it.

-Online mode shared with https://en.boardgamearena.com (the largest boardgame table in the world!). Turn-based and real-time games are available.

-2 players mode (Pass and Play)

-Possibility to avoid wasting/load a number of ongoing video games

-Game notation could be copied to clipboard

-Undos are attainable and limitless

-Hint system (activable in the menu) to see how the AI would play in your state of affairs

-Tutorial to assist studying the foundations or risk to obtain rules as pdf

-Explanations of why unlawful strikes are illegal

-Optional event rules (no queen on first move)
