Bosch EasyService

EasyService is an indispensable tool for service technicians in the HVAC trade for the commissioning, repair and maintenance of Junkers and Bosch heating devices.

All the necessary information and setting parameters for the complete heating system, including solar parameters, are available directly on site Available intuitively and clearly via the “EasyService” app. Complete commissioning with partially optimized parameter settings is now possible via the app.

A display of the Junkers and Bosch fault codes with a description of the causes and remedial measures enables you to get an initial assessment of the cause at any time in the event of heating faults.

The device interface to the Junkers and Bosch heating devices is an additional hardware "Smart Service Key" is required (can be obtained from the SHK wholesalers). This is connected on site via the service interface on the heater with a cinch cable and creates an encrypted W-LAN (without router) connection to your smartphone or tablet.

A demo mode is integrated in the app, which shows all functions even without the hardware (Smart Service Key). The display of the Junkers and Bosch fault codes in the “EasyService” app is also freely available in demo mode.

- Status overview of the heating system

- Overview of the installed controller components with software version

- Complete commissioning of the entire heating system only possible via the "EasyService" app

A link to the spare parts app "Bosch Scan" expands the service support meaningfully with information on spare parts and their availability as well as device documentation.

To be able to use the "EasyService" app to its full extent, you need:

1. The device interface "Smart Service Key" (purchase from SHK specialist wholesalers)

2. A valid annual license (purchase via in-app purchase)

The license is valid for one year. The license is automatically renewed for a further year, unless it is terminated in accordance with the iTunes guidelines. Without a valid license, the demo mode and the display of the fault codes are available.
