The SKF Authenticate app guides the user on how to confirm the authenticity of SKF merchandise.
There are two primary functionalities within the app:
- Clear directions on the way to photograph the product and automatically submit a request, multi functional process. Dedicated SKF specialists then evaluate the data, confirm if the product is counterfeit, and allow you to know.
- Where relevant, the consumer can use the app to scan a code on the package and get an immediate feedback on if the code is legitimate or not.

Scan result ‘Scan successful - The code is valid’ is a sign, but not a guarantee, that the product is genuine. Always send photos using the SKF Authenticate app if you need a verification.
