paceUP! gamifies all your training to make it fun!

Gamify your training

Your training, either logged through your GPS system or manually, will award you paceUP! points. You will get base factors for every session to advertise frequent training and you will get effort points for each second of effort you put in. Competing in a recreational race will earn you twice the amount of points of an equivalent coaching session.

Base points

You shall be awarded 100 base factors for each training session exceeding 30 minutes to advertise frequent training. At least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio exercise is associated with a selection of well being benefits and is really helpful by the American Heart Association.

Effort points

The effort factors are calculated based on energy consumption using MET tables (Metabolic Equivalent of Tasks) for the activity carried out. Race calendar

Training Diary

All your coaching periods with the factors awarded are saved under 'My Profile'. You can view the major points of your session by pressing it. A map, date time, period, distance, tempo and activity kind are displayed in 'Activity Details'.
